We want to promote corporate transparency by connecting companies and auditors in a global network of trust and accountability.

The network will reward companies that do good and companies that are taking steps to make amends.

We are currently engaging with companies and subject matter experts who want to join us in this mission.

We are looking for partners that have corporate transparency on their agenda and take due diligence seriously.

Can your company relate to these questions?

As a company, no matter how much time and effort we put into being compliant with our corporate sustainability commitments, we can’t be sure that all our third party providers are not violating regulations. It is time-consuming and costly.

As a company, we spend a lot of time and effort in checking and auditing our third party vendors, especially when engaging with new ones. Our due diligence process is difficult and expensive to carry out

Our concept

A global network of connected companies and auditors.

Company data regarding what the companies are and represent, are transparent to everyone in the network, e.g. financial data, processes, security activities.

For data to be considered valid by the network, someone else in the network needs to validate it, e.g. a company you will do/have done business with or an auditor.

By providing a global platform for corporate transparency for companies interaction with each other, we aim to be the industry standard for trust, accountability and reliability and provide a platform where companies can conduct frictionless due diligence processes.

Why should you engage with us?

You will get the opportunity to be part of the first of its kind initiatives within corporate transparency.

Your voice will be our sounding board as long as you want it to be, from problem discovery to product launch, it’s up to you.
We will view the world through your lense and we will do our best to solve your problems.

What will you engage in?

Initially we suggest an informal meeting, no strings, where we will get to know each other and our companies, the problems that you struggle with which we want to solve. We will explain our idea and we will discuss if we have a mutual interest in meeting again.
If you decide that it would be of interest to meet again, we would like to test some of our hypotheses and assumptions with you. We are curious to learn as much as possible - and will ask lots of questions, and we would love if you would engage in doing the same.
If you are still interested in continuing the journey with us, we will agree on the next meetings and themes from here.

You don’t have to prepare anything before meeting with us. We will do all the preparation and follow-up work. However, if you have some questions or feedback for us, just bring them to the meeting

Who will engage with us?

It is up to you, whom from your company you think should be in the workshops. We suggest people with relevance and/or interest in either Procurement, Compliance, Business Development, Legal, Accounting or Information Technology; but really, it is up to you. We value the time spend with your company and focus less on the titles and roles.

How will you engage with us?

We suggest 2 workshops of 2 hours each to begin with; if we have a match for continued collaboration then we’ll take it from there.

We are flexible, and you decide the date and time, just let us know what suits you best.
